Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Health Products & Supplements (including Flea, Tick & Worming Treatments)
- Dry Food (opened packages)
- Litter (opened containers)
- Any products that have been opened or used
These restrictions help us ensure the health and safety of all our furry customers and their families.
Return Process

Refund Information
Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

- PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days to process
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the replacement product. Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- You will be responsible for any price differences
- Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by KONG Shop
